What are Cornerstone’s Probate Prices?
Fixed Rates. We always try to offer a flat rate whenever we can. Our fixed rate packages vary based on how much you want us involved. Most clients choose a complete package, which can be paid out of the estate.
Hourly Rates. Our hourly rates are always available and you can choose to go hourly instead of a flat fee.
Avoid Sky High Fees! I’ve seen legal fees for probates go into the hundreds of thousands of dollars; fees so enormous they consume the estate. We don’t want this for you! These kinds of fees are atypical, but it illustrates that legal fees can increase based on the complexity of the estate and the bitterness of certain people. In order to know what to expect for your probate, we’ll need to talk to you about you and the estate’s circumstances.
